Public Plumbing went above and beyond to help resolve issues I was having with my electric water heater! They made sure to keep me updated and knowledgeable about what was going on every step of the way! Truly the most caring and helpful people! Such a blessing to have gotten to use them! Their technician Dalton was amazing! He was on time and had everything done quickly! Tori was also so easy to communicate with and made sure everything was perfect through the whole process! Highly recommend!

Replaced hot water heater, and brought everything up to code. The leak was on Xmas day, Felix came out early the next morning as soon as the company was notified. Felix assessed the problem & was back early next morning replacing the unit. Felix is a knowledgeable and courteous young man. He worked quickly was neat & clean. Both he and Torre at the office were very friendly, helpful, & polite. I would highly recommend Felix.

I will be calling this company again. We had a healthy clog in our lines that had the whole house backed up...and on Saturday! I called them and they showed up ahead of their scheduled time and had us back up and running in no time! Courteous, friendly, and explained everything. Definitely worth your while to give them a call!

What a great experience! Mike Boggs came out on a Friday night(9pm) to turn off water due to a leak. Then when Felix and Diego came to find the problem, they were prompt and efficient. They are friendly and personable. Informative during the process. Highly recommend. I will be a repeat customer for sure. Good job. Thank y'all so much.

We just had plumbing fixed at our house. The guys worked really hard and we are happy to have the plumbing fixed. They crew was very respectful and most of all the price to fix our plumbing was way better and reasonable then most. 1000% recommend this company to family and friends!!

Originally filed a claim under home warranty and they assigned PublicPlumbing. I have never worked with them before. Ended up bypassing warranty company and dealt with Tori directly. Will definately use them again. They worked late hrs to get job done.

From start to finish I was never disappointed or concerned!!! Pete and Dustin did an exceptional job!! They were kind and professional!!! Explained every thing step by step. And they cared that we hadn’t had hot water for awhile. They came gave an estimate and started work the next day and finished the same day. They made putting in a new gas line seem easy!!
